B3 Mauka is a home based business selling safety tested recipes made in a home kitchen not routinely inspected by the Department of Health. The award winning pastry chef has years of experience in commercial kitchens, restaurants, and bakeries. Because of this Betty has always operated her home kitchen as though it were commercial space. It was a great transition to start making your fabulous desserts in her personal kitchen.
Betty makes all your desserts and cakes personally and by hand with the freshest and best ingredients. Because this is a one women show B3 only confirms orders six months or less ahead of time. Two – three months is the best lead time to order your cakes and desserts. No order is confirmed until a retainer of 50% is made on orders of $200 or more, or orders less than $200 are paid in full.
Please let me know what type of event this is and how many guests. Some events will need more or less servings depending a few factors. I love sweets but hate waist. I like to suggest Wedding Cakes to serve 85% of guests when served alone and 50% of guests when served with other desserts for weddings with 40 or more guests. However, if you know your guests have a sweet tooth by all means lets make sure they ALLLL get the sweets they want.
You will receive and automatic response when filling out the questionnaire, I typically reply to requests for quotes in 24 – 48 hours. If it will take me longer to get you a quote I will generally reach out and let you know when I will have the quote available. Please upload any photos of cakes, desserts, colors, and themes to the questionnaire.
